Refund Policy

When a D Coin purchase can be refunded, the rights you have by law regardless of what we say here, and how to ask.

Effective 3 August 2026 Last updated 28 July 2026 Seller of record GeeGii Games

Draft pending legal review. Consumer refund rights are mandatory and vary by country; this draft cannot override them and has not been checked by a lawyer.

1Who you bought from

D Coin is sold by GeeGii Games. We are the seller of record: we take the payment, and we are responsible for any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf, so your bank statement may show Stripe alongside our name.

Refunds are therefore handled by us directly — see section 8.

2Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have by law.

EU and UK — the 14-day withdrawal right

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately there is an important exception: if you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, that right ends once delivery begins.

D Coin is delivered to your account immediately on payment, and checkout asks you to confirm this. Where you have not yet spent the coins, we will still normally refund within 14 days as a matter of policy — see section 3.

Elsewhere

Other countries — including Australia, Canada and many US states — give consumers rights over faulty or misdescribed digital goods. Those apply regardless of this policy.

[Confirm the wording of the immediate-delivery acknowledgement shown at checkout matches the statutory language for the territories you sell to.]

3Unspent D Coin

If you have not spent the coins, we will normally refund them. Ask within 14 days of purchase, with the full amount of that purchase still in your balance.

This is deliberately more generous than the strict legal position, because a purchase that has not been used has cost nobody anything.

4Coins already spent

Coins that have been spent in a game are generally not refundable. The item or currency they bought has been delivered and, in most cases, used.

We will still consider a refund where something went wrong on our side — see section 7 — or where the law requires it.

Where a refund is granted for coins that have already been spent, the refunded amount is debited from your balance and your balance may go negative. You cannot make new purchases in-game until it is positive again. We do this rather than quietly absorbing the loss so that the record stays accurate.

5Randomised rewards

A summon or pull cannot be refunded once it has been made. The odds are published on the screen where you spend, before you spend, and the result is delivered instantly.

Not getting the item you hoped for is the nature of a randomised reward and is not a fault. If the published odds were wrong, or a pull failed to deliver anything, that is a fault — see section 7.

6Purchases made by a child

If a child made a purchase on your payment method without permission, contact us. We will review it, and where the circumstances support it we will refund, including coins that have been spent.

We ask for the approximate date and amount, and we may ask you to confirm that device-level purchase controls have since been enabled, so it does not simply recur.

We would rather refund an unhappy family than keep the money. To reduce the chance of it happening at all, use your device's purchase restrictions and do not leave a payment method authorised on a shared device.

7Faults and failed deliveries

We will put it right — normally by restoring the coins or items, or by refunding — if:

If a payment is taken and the coins do not appear within a few minutes, contact us before buying again. Every purchase is recorded against the payment provider's transaction reference, so a genuine double charge is straightforward for us to see.

8How to request a refund

Email support@geegii.com with:

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank, and is typically 5–10 business days.

9What happens to your balance

When a refund is processed, the coins are removed from your balance automatically. Every movement stays visible in your ledger on the D Coin store page — purchases, spends and refunds — so you can always reconcile what happened.

10Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback is slower than asking us, and it may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is open.

Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent closure. If a chargeback succeeds, the corresponding coins are removed and any items bought with them may be reversed.
