These are the rules for using GeeGii. They cover who may play, how
accounts work, what you may and may not do around other players, and what you are
buying when you buy D Coin.

Draft pending legal review. This document was prepared to describe
how GeeGii actually works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The items marked
in orange need a decision that only the operator can make. Do not take real payments
on the strength of this draft alone.
1Accepting these terms
GeeGii is a website of browser games operated by
GeeGii Games ("GeeGii", "we", "us"). By using
geegii.com, any GeeGii game, or any app we distribute,
you agree to these Terms and to our
Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
If you use GeeGii on behalf of someone else — for example a child in your care — you
confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for them.
2Who may use GeeGii
You must be at least 13 years old to use GeeGii. Signing in uses a
Discord account, and Discord itself requires users to be 13 or older, so an account
younger than that is not permitted here either.
Some countries set a higher minimum age for consenting to online services without a
parent. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom that age is between 13
and 16 depending on the country. If you are below the age of digital consent
where you live, you may only use GeeGii with the involvement and consent of a parent
or guardian.
If you are under 18, you may only make purchases with the permission of the
person who owns the payment method. Purchases are real money and are not
reversible simply because a minor made them; see the
Refund Policy for how we handle purchases made by a child
without permission.
GeeGii is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us at
support@geegii.com and we will delete it.
3Your account
You sign in with Discord. We receive your Discord user ID, username and avatar; we do
not receive your Discord password or your email address unless you give it to us
separately. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping
your Discord account secure.
One person, one account. Do not sell, rent, or share your account, and do not use
another person's account.
You can stop using GeeGii at any time. To have your account and data deleted, follow
the steps in the Privacy Policy.
4Community conduct
GeeGii has multiplayer rooms where other players see the name you choose, the room
names you create, and — in some games — images you supply. When you play with others,
you must not:
upload, send or display anything sexual involving minors, or anything that sexualises a minor in any way;
share sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harassing content;
bully, threaten, stalk, or incite violence against anyone;
share other people's private information, or images of anyone taken without their knowledge;
impersonate another person, or claim an affiliation you do not have;
use names or room titles containing slurs, harassment, or content that would breach the rules above;
upload content you do not have the right to share;
cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, automate play, or interfere with other players' games;
attempt to access our systems or other players' data without authorisation.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Content
involving the sexual exploitation of children will be reported to the relevant
authorities.
5Your content and peer-to-peer play
You keep ownership of anything you create or upload. You grant us a limited,
non-exclusive licence to host and display it only as needed to run the service.
Please read this carefully — it is unusual and it affects your safety.
Multiplayer in GeeGii is peer-to-peer. Photos, guesses, names and
game messages travel directly between players' devices and do not pass
through our servers. This is good for privacy: we never hold a copy. But it
also means we cannot see, scan, filter, moderate, or retrieve that content,
and we cannot produce a record of it after the fact.
In practice: only share an image with people you are willing to show it to, and
treat a public room as public. If someone shares something harmful with you, the
room host can remove them, and you should stop playing with them and report it to us
with whatever detail you have.
Room hosts can remove and ban players from their own rooms. Report serious problems to
support@geegii.com.
[Decision needed: a report/block mechanism and a published safety
contact are required by the Apple App Store and Google Play before distributing a
native app with user-generated content.]
6D Coin and virtual items
D Coin is the premium currency you can buy on GeeGii. Individual games may also have
their own in-game currencies and items, such as gems and heroes.
D Coin has no real-world value. It is not money, not a deposit,
not a stored-value or payment instrument, and it is not redeemable for cash.
You are buying a limited licence, not property. You do not own
D Coin or any virtual item; you have a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence
to use them inside GeeGii games.
D Coin is non-transferable. It cannot be given, sold, traded or
gifted to another player or sold outside GeeGii. Real-money trading of accounts or
items is prohibited.
Purchases are final once the coins are delivered, except where
the Refund Policy or your local law says otherwise.
We may change prices, pack sizes, item availability, and game balance at any time.
Changes do not entitle you to a refund of coins already spent.
Unused D Coin does not expire while your account is open.
[Confirm: some jurisdictions restrict expiry of prepaid balances.]
If you delete your account, your unused D Coin is forfeited. The
balance is taken to zero as part of the deletion, and it is not restored if you sign
in again with the same Discord account. The ledger itself is kept — see the
Privacy Policy, section 9 — so the forfeiture is recorded
as an entry taking the balance to zero rather than by erasing your purchase history.
We do not refund an unused balance in money, because D Coin is not redeemable for
cash. [Confirm: several jurisdictions treat unspent prepaid value
as the customer's money regardless of terms, and may restrict forfeiting it when the
customer closes the account themselves. Same review as the retention period.]
If we suspend or close your account for breaking these Terms, you lose
access to GeeGii, and to any unused D Coin and virtual items with it, for as long as
that lasts. You are not entitled to compensation or to a cash refund of the balance,
except where the law requires otherwise.
If we discontinue a game or the whole service, see section 11.
7Randomised rewards
Some GeeGii games include randomised rewards — a "summon" or "pull" that grants a
random item from a defined pool. Where premium currency can be used on these:
The odds are published in the game, on the screen where the pull is
made, before you spend anything.
The outcome is random. Spending more does not guarantee a specific
item, except through any published pity or guarantee mechanism.
Where a pity counter or guarantee applies, its rules are shown alongside the odds.
Randomised rewards are not refundable once the pull has been made,
because the item has been delivered.
In GeeGii's own games, rarity affects appearance and flavour rather than competitive
strength. This is a design commitment, not a legal guarantee, and it may vary by game.
[Decision needed: paid randomised rewards are restricted or
prohibited in some jurisdictions, including Belgium. Confirm which territories you will
sell to, and whether to disable paid pulls in those.]
8Buying and payment
GeeGii Games is the seller of record for every purchase. We
collect payment and are responsible for any sales tax or VAT that applies where you
live. Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, so your card
statement may show Stripe alongside our name.
We never see or store your card details. Payment details are entered
on Stripe's hosted payment page, not ours.
Prices are shown before you confirm. Depending on where you live, tax may be added at
checkout. D Coin is credited to your account once the payment provider confirms the
payment; this is usually immediate but can take a few minutes.
You must be authorised to use the payment method. Fraudulent or unauthorised use may
result in the purchase being reversed and the account suspended.
9Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part
of these Terms and explains your statutory withdrawal rights, how to request a refund,
and what happens to coins that have already been spent.
10Our licence to you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play
GeeGii games for your own non-commercial entertainment. Everything in the games — code,
art, audio, characters, names and the GeeGii brand — belongs to us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from
the games, except where the law expressly allows it. You may stream or record your own
play, including monetised streams, provided you do not present it as an official GeeGii
channel.
11Changes and availability
GeeGii is an online service that changes over time. We may add, alter, or remove
games, features and items, and we may take the service down for maintenance. We do not
guarantee uninterrupted availability.
If we permanently discontinue a game or the whole service, we will
give reasonable advance notice where we can, and we will stop selling D Coin for the
affected content.
[Decision needed: state what happens to unspent D Coin on shutdown —
for example a notice period during which remaining balances can still be spent. Some
consumer-protection regimes expect this.]
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give
notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use GeeGii after that means
you accept the updated Terms.
12Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to
by law, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently. Where it
is appropriate and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a way to respond.
Repeated chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension while the matter is
resolved.
13Disclaimers and liability
GeeGii is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied
warranties, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including
death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable rights as
a consumer.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to GeeGii is limited
to the greater of [amount] or the amount you paid us in the
12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for
indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items or currency beyond that
amount.
Because multiplayer content travels directly between players, we are not responsible
for what other players send you, though we will act on reports where we can.
14Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and
the courts of British Columbia, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction —
except that if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections
and the right to bring proceedings in the country where you live.
[Decision needed: jurisdiction, and whether to include an
arbitration clause or class-action waiver. These are unenforceable against consumers in
several countries, so this needs local advice rather than a template.]
